Dear Science Alumni UZH Members
We hope you have had a nice, relaxing summer!
In Spring 20234, another exciting program awaits you.
Our promotion of young talent consists of mentoring and scholarships for students.
You are welcome to participate in the mentoring program as a mentor. For one year, you can accompany and advise a student into the future.
Scholarships are awarded to BSc and MSc students who would like to gain experience abroad doing a special research project or internship.
Events to look forward to
With our visits to nature offered in spring 2024, we provide exciting insights into fauna and flora.
And at the Summer Greeting in June, you are cordially invited to our annual summer party. With aperitif and presentations by our scholarship holders, who report on their impressions during their stay abroad, this evening promises to be a very special one.
At the graduation ceremonies of the faculty, Science Alumni UZH President Dr. Sarah Beyeler welcomes the graduates and extends a warm welcome to the Science Alumni UZH community.
The alumni community of the faculty is growing steadily and successfully, and our community members are distributed over six of seven continents.

The master's degrees of 120 MSc students were celebrated on 15 March 2024. On May 31, 2024, around 100 newly qualified PhDs will receive their diploma.
Science Alumni UZH President Dr. Sarah Beyeler congratulates and welcomes the new alumnae and alumni. The Faculty's graduation ceremonies are open to the public and are a good opportunity to find out more about the Faculty's current research projects and to catch up with old and new friends.
