The renowned festival of the Faculty of Science of the University of Zurich attracts a large number of visitors every year and is certainly one of our highlights.
On Saturday, June 8, 2024 from 12:00-17:00, we cordially invite you to celebrate the Science and Nature Festival with us on Irchel Campus of the University of Zurich.
At the 2024 festival, also this year you can directly experience the diversity and attractiveness of science. The supporting program also offers something for every taste.
An afternoon full of inspiration, activities and encounters will take place under the motto “Discover | Research | Celebrate Diversity”.
The Faculty of Science of the University of Zurich is opening its doors to present exciting discoveries and innovations from its research institutes. As a visitor, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself directly in the world of science through a variety of activities such as lectures, experiments, and workshops. The events offer you a unique platform for interacting with science.
The scientific program will be enriched by music, various catering options, and a photo competition.
Judge our best photos, which were taken by students and staff of the faculty in an internal photo competition. The winning photos will be exhibited as postcards in the Science Pavilion UZH and will also be available for purchase there in the future.
Participation in the festival is free of charge.
